For those who don't
fit neatly inside
the door

I am a United Methodist pastor, certified evangelist, author, and church planter in northwest Ohio. My calling has been shaped by one persistent conviction: grace does not wait for people to get their lives together before showing up.

Through writing, speaking, and ministry, I work at the intersection of faith and healing — creating spaces where people who have been hurt by the church, navigating trauma, raising foster children, or living with neurodivergence can encounter a God who is not surprised by any of it.

My specialization is relational, trauma-informed evangelism — the slow, patient, non-coercive work of introducing people to Jesus in a way that honors their full story.

Three convictions
that shape everything

01

Grace comes first — always

Before behavior, before belief, before certainty — God's grace is already at work. Every space I create begins there and stays there.

02

Healing is not a prerequisite for belonging

People do not need to be fixed before they are welcomed. The most transformative communities I know are built on radical, unhurried acceptance.

Trauma-Informed
03

The ordinary person carries extraordinary reach

You don't need a platform or perfection to change lives. A single story of how Jesus met you is enough to open a door for someone else.
